November - Beginners linocut course - 4 weeks
Join me in my beautiful purpose built printmaking studio and learn to make original relief prints.
Over this four week course you will be guided through the processes involved in making your own unique linocut prints. You will explore carving tools and techniques, inking up and cleaning down, how to use an etching press and how to register and edition your prints. There will also be plenty of space for creative exploration, drawing practice and developing your own ideas and projects.
Total beginners and those with some experience welcome.
All materials will be provided, though you are welcome and encouraged to bring along sketchbooks and ideas. Please wear clothes suitable for an inky studio environment and as we get deeper into winter, warm clothes as the studio can get cold.
6.30 pm - 9.00 pm
November- 12th, 19th, 26th and 3rd of December.

***My studio is on the top floor of a large industrial warehouse and is not accessible for wheelchair users, or those with mobility issues. Please consider this when booking, I do endeavour to run courses in other more accessible locations and will post these once confirmed.
